Patrons are strongly encouraged to keep their printed or digital tickets with them for a swift and streamlined check-in process. However, we will also have ticket buyers’ names at the door.
Groups and parties must enter together. Please ensure your entire party is with you before attempting to be admitted.
A handicap-accessible vehicle (with lift) will be available for those with a disability for transportation from the parking lot to the amphitheater. Handicap-accessible areas for the performance are on the lawn/stage-side and the first tier of the hillside, giving patrons with disabilities a wide variety of seating options.
For the 2022 summer season, all tickets will come with an outdoor folding chair. You may bring your own if you prefer, but this will not change the price of your ticket. All viewing areas are great!
No pets on site.
Please bring your own drinks and snacks. Bug-spray is also encouraged. DO NOT bring additional tables or other large items, outside of chairs.
Doors open 45-minutes before showtime. Audiences must wait to enter seating area until this time.
In the case of rain or disruptive weather, performances will take place at local churches. In most cases, performances would occur at the Hawley United Methodist Church. No refunds will be issued, except in the case the show must be canceled without an indoor alternative. Processing fees (usually between $2-$5 depending on ticket price) are non-refundable.
Parking is available on site. Parking attendants will assist patrons in parking.
Evening performances typically have a half-hour intermission around 6:50 pm. Some performances may not have an intermission.
Harmony In The Woods is a non-smoking venue.
