We check guests in by the first and last name of the ticket buyer. Please, still be prepared to show digital or printed tickets.

Outdoor folding chairs are preset and provided for all guests. You may bring your own if you prefer, but this will not change the price of your ticket. All viewing areas are great!

Therapy dogs only permitted. 

In the case of weather that requires performances moved indoors we will perform at The Dime Bank Indian Orchard Campus located at 1055 Texas Palmyra Highway, Route 6 & Route 652. We will notify ticket holders six to four hours before the performance, depending on logistics of the show involved. In the case of light, intermittent rain, and if moisture will not affect the talent’s performance, we will likely stay outside and provide umbrellas. When more severe weather is expected, we will move inside. We primarily use weather.com for our determination. 

Our venue is accessible to all. Golf carts will transport anyone who requires a lift to the lawn and lower tiers.

Groups and parties are encouraged to enter together for a seamless check-in experience.

Refunds will only be issued in the case the show must be canceled without an indoor alternative. Processing fees are non-refundable.

Bags are subject to be searched. 

Doors open 45-minutes before showtime. Audiences must wait to enter seating area until this time. 

Guests are welcome to bring their own snacks and drinks. Bug-spray is also encouraged. 

Evening performances typically have a half-hour intermission around 6:50 pm. Some performances may not have an intermission.

Parking is available on site and opens an hour before the show. All parking will be directed by attendants. 

Harmony In The Woods is a non-smoking venue. 

Tickets may be purchased online at harmonyinthewoods.org. Those without internet access may call (570) 588-8077 and leave a message for a return call and help acquiring tickets. Tickets may be purchased in person at the door for many of our shows in cash or by card when doors open.
